Common Questions

How does the ordering, production, and delivery process work?

Each order is carefully customized together with the customer by determining the most suitable clay type, dimensions, and color before production begins. Depending on the design, every piece is either hand-built or shaped on the potter's wheel. It is then left to dry naturally, finished with the selected colors or glazes, and fired in the kiln. After firing, each product undergoes a thorough quality inspection before being carefully packaged and shipped to its destination.

As each piece is handmade, what level of consistency can we expect between products?

As every piece is handcrafted, slight variations in shape, dimensions, and finish are a natural part of the making process. Rather than being considered imperfections, these subtle differences reflect the individuality and authenticity of each piece, making every product truly one of a kind. While each item is unique, our production process is carefully controlled to ensure consistency across the collection. Significant variations in size, color, or form are not accepted and are removed during our quality control process. Dimensional variations are typically limited to a maximum of **1 cm**, while color differences, resulting from the natural characteristics of handmade ceramics and the firing process, are minimal and generally unnoticeable.

Are your products suitable for intensive use in restaurants, hotels, and hospitality projects?

Our products are crafted from premium **stoneware clay** and feature a body thickness ranging from **5 to 8 mm**. Fired at **1230°C**, each piece becomes fully vitrified, resulting in exceptional strength, durability, and low water absorption. Because every collection can be produced in custom dimensions, our tableware is designed to suit the proportions of each venue and optimize the space available on the table. This allows us to create pieces that are both aesthetically balanced and highly functional. The combination of vitrified stoneware, thoughtful proportions, and robust construction makes our products ideal for the demanding conditions of professional hospitality environments, ensuring reliable performance under intensive daily use.

Can you develop custom pieces tailored to our concept or project?

Every design we create is carefully documented and preserved in our archive, allowing it to be revisited, refined, and reproduced whenever needed. If a client wishes to continue or expand a particular design, we can recreate it in different dimensions, colors, and finishes while maintaining the original design language. For example, a soup bowl that becomes the foundation of a collection can be developed into a complete tableware series, including dinner plates, side plates, salad bowls, serving pieces, and other complementary items. This enables us to build cohesive collections where every piece shares the same visual identity while fulfilling a different function. Our archive ensures design continuity over time, making it possible to reproduce existing collections, expand them with new pieces, or develop bespoke tableware tailored to the evolving needs of each project.
